How do you package my items?

All sweets and pies are shipped in either a sealed cake box or a plastic container.  Shipments are packed and shipped in a sturdy shipping box to your destination.  

How do you send perishable items?

Several products such as spanakopita and tiropita are perishable and are shipped with additional packing materials. All perishable items will be shipped in a heat resistant bag with an ice pack to keep your product cool for up to three days. An additional shipping fee may apply for perishable items.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order ships which will include your tracking information.  You can also log into your account anytime to check on the status of your order.

Do you have special order items available?

We have access to a very large amount of Greek and Mediterranean foods and sweets.  Please contact us if you’re looking for something special.

Do you offer family trays or catering services?

All of our items are available in family serving trays for any quantity. If you have an event and need sweets for a large group of people, just reach out to us and we will arrange a custom package for you that will impress any guest.  We take care of the sweets and ship directly to you.  

Do you offer wholesale pricing for commercial accounts?

We sure do!   If you are are looking to offer Greek pastries to your customer, let us know and we can help you out.   In addition to the sweets, we will provide you with signage, ingredients, nutritional information, and recommended sale price.
