All items are prepared and shipped from our bakery in Radnor, Pennsylvania. Radnor is a western suburb of Philadelphia and is located about 20 minutes from the city. We ship everywhere in the United States, Canada, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you are located in the Philadelphia area, you can also choose our local courier service or schedule a pickup at our Radnor facility. Your shipping options will appear during checkout after you have entered your delivery address. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We will process your order within one business day after your order is submitted. If your order is listed as ‘processing’ on the tracking page, the shipping label has been prepared but the package has not yet been transferred to our shipping partner. Your tracking will update automatically once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Items which are labeled “FREE SHIPPING” will be shipped via express services. If a “FREE SHIPPING” item and a normal shipping item is ordered together, you will only be charged shipping for the normal shipping item. We will do our best to provide you with the lowest shipping fee possible.
TIME FOR TRANSIT
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Most packages will be delivered within 2-5 business days, with orders delivered between Tuesday and Friday. Orders that include perishable items will only be shipped on Monday to ensure timely delivery. Expedited next day shipping is available if requested.
Shipping to Philadelphia area will be provided by our own courier service within 1-2 business days after order submission. SAME DAY DELIVERY may be available, please contact us for availability.
You can pickup your order any weekday from our commissary kitchen in Radnor, PA. We will contact you to schedule a pickup time after you submit your order.
When placing your order please be sure to verify the correct address information has been entered before submitting your order.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Please contact us within 24 hours if something is not right with your order. Our team works very hard to make sure every order is checked for accuracy and is shipped with care. However, Traditional Greek Sweets cannot be responsible for damaged or spoiled product due to the following:
- Incorrect addresses – Please verify any apartment, suite, floor numbers with recipient before completing your order.
- Extended transit time due to weather or other “Acts of God”
- Shipments not opened immediately upon receipt.
- Orders sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable at the time of initial delivery attempt. Please notify the recipient of the pending arrival of a perishable delivery.
Several products such as spanakopita and tiropita are perishable and are shipped with additional packing materials. All perishable items will be shipped in a heat resistant bag with an ice pack to keep your product cool for up to three days. An additional shipping fee may apply for perishable items.
